For the price we paid, this was a 5-star experience. We were a bit worried after reading previous reviews, but it turns out we had nothing to worry about - the room was large, clean, everything worked - microwave, mini-fridge, wifi, tv. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast was fine also - coffee, instant oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels and english muffins. The lobby area and outside were well-taken care of, lots of exterior lighting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay on a long roadtrip, it was perfect - we will be stopping here again on our next drive to Richmond!

I like the convenience to the access to the highway. I like the restaurant that is located next to the property. Also liked the complimentary breakfast provided in the lobby.

Easy reservation and sign in. Room floor level handicap accessible as requested. Bedding and towels clean. Soap and shampoo provided. Great TV. Great A/C.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the location. The staff was wonderful and helpfull. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

easily accessible to food and my work the hotel is under new management they are doing a lot of renovations to make it nicer from previous management. the beds were comfortable and staff was nice

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. He even came to my room to help with the tv. It was easy off/on from I-95 and yet the room was quiet and peaceful. I was grateful that they were able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room.
