Super 8 by Wyndham Garysburg/Roanoke Rapids

For the price we paid, this was a 5-star experience. We were a bit worried after reading previous reviews, but it turns out we had nothing to worry about - the room was large, clean, everything worked - microwave, mini-fridge, wifi, tv. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast was fine also - coffee, instant oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels and english muffins. The lobby area and outside were well-taken care of, lots of exterior lighting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay on a long roadtrip, it was perfect - we will be stopping here again on our next drive to Richmond!

Good price for the area and only 1 exit up from the more expensive places. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and included a mini fridge. It’s a Super 8, not a Hilton, but it’s clean, comfortable, quiet. A pleasant place to stay a couple of nights when visiting the area.

Staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The floor was a little dirty. I only know because I spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up with a washcloth. I always wear shoes in hotel rooms. It is definitely a great place to stay.
